Tool Holders
Our tooling is designed, engineered and manufactured by M.T. Marchetti, a major live tool manufacturer established in 1972 in San Giovanni, Italy, and a leader in live tool
technology. M.T. Marchetti designs and manufactures more than 1,000 driven and static
tools for Mori Seiki, Doosan,
Nakamura-Tome, Eurotech,
Okuma, Kia, Mazak, Haas, Samsung as well as
Duplomatic, Baruffaldi and Sauter turrets. A team of leading European design engineers applies their extensive experience and knowledge to the development of all of our live and static tooling. Our tool holders are then manufactured to the highest standard of craftsmanship. It is this commitment to quality that enables us to back all of our tool holders with a Two Year Warranty that is not limited by hours.
Collet Chucks
High accuracy chucks are needed to ensure high accuracy parts on today’s high accuracy machine tools. To support this requirement, we provide Bellegrandi chucks. Manufactured in Italy, the Bellegrandi chucks offer an extremely cost effective alternative, to other more expensive systems. Their design ensures high repeatability and rigidity as well as reduced set-up time and change over time.
Parts Conveyors
Once you have chucked a part accurately, and machined it to your required tolerance, it just makes sense to get it out of the machine without damaging it. Our line of parts conveyors, available for a wide variety of machines, help clear the work area by removing your parts safely. Their timer driven operation also make it possible for your machine operators to better utilize their time.
