Our Live Tool Warranty
Our tooling will give years of service in the most demanding applications. We have proven this over the last 12 years. And again we back this up with a 2-year factory warranty. MD Tooling will repair any defective tool holders for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
Product Range
We have a large range of live tooling for most major machine tool manufacturers. We offer radial and axial live tool holders with multiple heads. For example: we have live tool holders with as many as 8 live ER25 spindles in one tool. This means you can have 4 tools facing the main spindle and 4 tools facing the sub spindle in one turret station. Our Y axis static holders are a real time and money saver. We offer a holder that will hold 4 static tools in one turret station. You can rough turn and then finish turn on the main and the sub spindles without ever indexing the turret. Not only does fewer turret indexes save cycle time, it also saves wear and tear on your turret. We also offer geared up holders to 60,000 RPM and 1,000 PSI coolant through.

Our adjustable angle gear hobbing holder for your turning center is truly on the forefront of turning technology. This tool holder allows you to hob gears and spline shafts in your turning center along with your turning process. No need for a second operation. We didn’t stop at just the normal axial and radial line up of tool holders and we will continue to develop unique live tooling to help our customers save time and money.
Technical Support
Here at MD Tooling we have a full technical support department with over 35 years of CNC experience. We can help with part processing. We can tool up a job from a blue print and can even help with part programming if you need it. We are always available by phone to answer any questions you may have about our tooling or any other CNC related issue.
Stock and Replenishment
MD Tooling maintains a large inventory of tooling in our warehouse in Michigan. and M.T. Marchetti also maintains a large inventory in Italy. Tooling can be obtained from Italy to Michigan in 3-5 business days. Our current “fill” rate on orders is 93% from our stock in Michigan for same day shipping.
Shipping
MD Tooling can ship tooling that is in stock up until 5:00 PM EST. on orders received. We can also ship throughout the day via DHL, FedEx or any other carrier that a customer requests.
